My goal is to make the process of buying or selling property in the Yampa Valley easy and stress free. I am available 7 days a week to assist you. I own my company, Ski Town Realty and work with a team of experts available to assist you during your real estate transaction. These members include the Title Company, Mortgage Brokers, Inspection Company, Home Warranty Company, attorney, and Appraiser. All my team members strive to provide you with exceptional service. I continually complete courses to further my expertise in all aspects of Real Estate practice. Including contract and legal matters, the Realtor code of ethics, disclosure practices, contract negotiations, and home marketing. I am licensed with the State of Colorado Real Estate Commission, the broker governmental regulatory agency. I have been in the Real Estate business for 16 years and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado since 1996.
